When you work with me as your Travel Planner, you receive a one-of-a-kind itinerary that is custom-built for you. Each element is individually researched and vetted to ensure you make memories full of special moments.
- 30 minutes consultation via phone, in person, or video call to discuss what you want to get out of your trip, which activities are important to experience, your specific travel preferences, and any other specific needs you have. Once we receive the retainer:
- I will research your destination, excursions and activities, review and validate travel suppliers, and prepare a customized quote that matches the information gathered during the proposal consultation.
- I will recommend travel protection based on your destination and other traits of the trip.
- Quote Consultation via phone or video call to discuss the prepared proposal, answer any questions you have, make adjustments to the proposal, and if possible, finalize plans for the trip.
- I will notify you of any changes to your flights or reservations.
- I will build a day-by-day itinerary for your trip.
- Support by Phone, Text, or Email from the moment you leave until you’re home. 24/7 support while you are traveling.
I charge a small planning retainer that allows me to work for you and conduct the deep-dive research necessary to select the best flights, lodging, transportation, and fill your itinerary with activities that will ensure that you’ll be talking about your trip for years to come.
We discuss My Travel Research and Planning Retainer during the initial consultation call. This retainer includes all the benefits listed above, and more, and allows me to work for you and not my suppliers. I will always have your best interests in mind and do what is best for you.
